About Regulate Collective
At Regulate Collective, we believe wellbeing starts with connection to ourselves, our emotions, and each other.
I'm Derellanne Knowles, Dee, to most people. I'm a BACP-registered therapist with over a decade's experience working across schools, PRUs, residential homes and mental health services, and I set up Regulate Collective to bring that experience to individuals, families and schools who want support that starts with understanding, not fixing.
My approach is relational and trauma-informed, rooted in safety, connection, and seeing the human first, whether that's a young person, a parent, or someone I've never met until they walk through the door. Alongside my clinical training, I've led safeguarding and wellbeing teams, worked within the LGBTQIA+ community, delivered creative mental health programmes in schools and communities, and co-authored trauma-informed resources, all of it shaping how I work now.
The name reflects the approach as much as the offer, bringing counselling, parent support and school-based wellbeing work together under one consistent, relational way of working, rather than treating them as separate services.
Areas I cover: Worthing, Lancing, Littlehampton, Arundel, Chichester and the surrounding West Sussex coast, plus online Worldwide.
